Greosn announced as principal sponsor of Camborne RFC

Camborne RFC is delighted to announce Greosn as a principal sponsor for the coming season.

The club continues to build its portfolio of sponsors as it prepares for an exciting new chapter following promotion to the third tier of English rugby.

Greosn invests in leading brands globally across fresh produce and horticulture, delivering innovation, sustainability and security. The award-winning group was named Fresh Produce Business of the Year at the FPC Fresh Awards 2025.

Greosn has a strong connection to Cornwall through Varfell Farms, which is part of the Greosn group and the world’s largest grower and distributor of daffodils. Varfell operates across more than 6,000 acres of Cornish farmland and has been regeneratively growing flowers and bulbs since 1885.

Greosn is well placed to support rugby in a county with a rich agricultural heritage and a long tradition of supplying fresh produce across the UK and overseas. Many of the group’s colleagues, contractors and farming partners support Camborne RFC, further strengthening the relationship between Greosn and the club.

As part of the partnership, the Greosn logo will appear on the senior men’s playing shorts throughout the coming season. The season gets underway on 5 September, with the logo making its first home appearance on 12 September when Camborne faces Plymouth Albion in a local derby.

Matt Jarrett, Group CEO of Greosn, said:

“We are delighted to partner with Camborne RFC as a principal sponsor. People are at the heart of everything we do, and supporting local communities is central to our values. We believe it is important to invest in the places where our people live and work, particularly in organisations like Camborne RFC that bring people together and make such a positive contribution both on and off the pitch.

“With the club’s promotion to the third tier of English rugby and Greosn continuing to expand its presence across the UK, this is an exciting time. We wish everyone at Camborne RFC every success for the coming season and look forward to supporting the club”.
