BECOME A CRFC VOLUNTEER
Beyond the pitch, there’s a whole team
Coaches, committee, matchday crew, and everyone else who makes rugby happen. Camborne RFC runs on volunteers. If you’ve got an hour a week or a Saturday a season, there’s a place for you.
Whether it’s an hour or a season, your time makes a difference
You don’t need rugby experience to help us run. You need time, and a bit of willingness. Whether it’s pulling pints, marking a pitch, becoming a coach or helping with the paperwork, every hour makes a difference to the players who turn up to train and play each week.
Here’s some of the ways that volunteers can make a big difference. If you think you’re a good fit, or you’ve got skills to offer, we’d love to hear from you.
Match Day
Setting up before kick off, running the line, managing the gate, or an extra pair of hands on a busy Saturday.
Fundraising
Organising activities, events and campaigns to generate income and support club growth and local charities.
COACHING
Developing players through coaching, mentoring and support. Building skills, confidence and teamwork both on an off the pitch. Creating a positive, inclusive environment where players can thrive.
Recognition
Celebrating and rewarding the commitment, achievements and contributions of volunteers. Creating a culture where volunteers feel valued, appreciated and part of the club community
FACILITIES/GROUNDS
Supporting grounds upkeep, repairs and facility improvements. Helping create a welcoming, high-quality environment for players and spectators.
Volunteer Development
Supporting volunteers to progress, take on new roles and grow within the club.
GET INVOLVED
Every bit of help counts, however big or small
We’d love to hear from you, whatever you’ve got to offer. Tell us a bit about yourself, what you’re interested in, and how much time you can give. Someone from the club will be in touch soon to chat things through.
