2026/27 season tickets on sale now

Town are thrilled to announce that highly regarded, dynamic scrum-half, CJ Boyce, has confirmed for the 2026-27 season.

 

Boyce, who has established himself as a premier playmaker in Cornish rugby is known for his sharp distribution, tactical control and eye for the whitewash, his career has seen a steady rise through the regional ranks to National League rugby.

 

Coming to Camborne from St Austell RFC, he made the massive step up to National League level having spent several seasons as a standout, major player for The Saints.

CJ’s performances at the club level earned him a call-up to the Cornwall County Championship squad to play in the Bill Beaumont Cup. He has excelled on the county stage, frequently impressing with his pace and ability to impact games from the bench or as a starter. Notably, in late May, he scored two crucial second-half tries against Kent to maintain Cornwall’s dominant momentum in the competition.

 

On his signing in June 2024, he instantly took over the crucial scrum-half jersey at The Rec, forming highly effective half-back partnerships with anyone in a 10 jersey.

 

CJ has been a vital cog in an dominant Camborne team playing in National Two West, helping Town to secure their place at the summit of the league.

 

With recommitting to the Cherry & Whites, he will continue pulling the strings from the base of the scrum for the upcoming season.
